Wash face:
Depending on how much makeup, sunscreen or oil build up I have on my face I double cleanse. My current favorite is Dermalogica but it's quite pricey and I'm not completely sold on the value for price. That being said, I think face wash is definitely worth splurging for when you find your match! The next option I have is from Olay which really took me by surprise! I got a miniature in a subscription box and started using it when traveling - it was the ONLY face wash that would keep me from breaking out during and after a flight! it took me FOREVER to find the larger bottles of it and now that I found it I am stock up! For the price this is unbeatable!
Toner:
This step has helped my skin so much! I love, love, love toner and it's such an underrated step! Dermalogica has a great quality toner that worked for both my husband and I's skin despite us having totally different skin types. This is great for skin types with breakouts/acne. Once my skin is back on track I like to switch to a more natural toner, something with apple cider vinegar usually! My O.G. toner is no longer around so I'm on the search for a replacement. For my South African friends, I love the Back 2 Nature toner!
Vitamin C:
This makes my skin glow! I currently am using the Teami Blends Vit-C, it smells ah-maz-ing and it makes my skin feel radiant and tight! I really enjoy how light this feels on my skin versus my other go-to Vitamin C serum from Skin Functional that feels more like an oil than a serum and takes some time getting use to. The Skin Functional Vitamin C serum can be a bit heavy, sticky and oily feeling on the skin but if you can push past it you will love the results!

Moisturizer:
A good moisturizer is key and from what I've observed people don't use moisturizer as much as they should! They actually shy away from it thinking it will give them more breakouts - but in many cases the skin is breaking out because the skin is dry and needs moisturizing so the skin starts producing more oil which leads to the pores getting clogged. Dermalogica is a solid win - you can feel the richness in the ingredients. Worth every penny! When I finally got Gal to use more moisturizer this change his skin, no more pimples or bumps! I also have a few other moisturizers I enjoyed that also feel lighter on the skin for those who struggle with the feeling of thick moisturizers on their skin!

Exfoliant
Mask
I have two masks here that I highly recommend! The Teami Detox mask beats my expectation every time! You can see your pores being cleaned out and the smell is so refreshing! Teami is known for their natural ingredients and amazing results - this is definitely a winner and great starter to your Teami collection! The other mask is the Bobbi Brown overnight mask - I like to think of this more as a moisturizer since you don't wash it off till the next morning. I got this as a tester and I have been obsessed ever since! Such a great hydrating mask for those who need that extra skin booster!

SKINCARE TOYS
My favorite skincare toy of all time is my Clarisonic! It's now discontinued {which is the most heartbreaking thing for a skincare guru}. I have been adding the konjac sponge to my skincare routine to see how it well it cleans and I've been pretty happy with it! Teami Blends and a few other brands carry these soft, exfoliating sponges! I also have linked my makeup brush cleaner and soaps because the cleanliness of your makeup brushes play a huge roll in keeping your skin blemish-free! And last but not least, these black head tweezers are awesome! I can spend hours extracting with them - it's one of my favorite past times haha
